we are looking for Business and Technical Engineer
The Business and Technical Engineer will be required to provide system level technical expertise, working closely with regional Service Owners, Performance, Incident Management and System Monitoring teams as well as 1st 2nd and 3rd support teams, Change Management and payment organisation.
Provide technical expertise in support of the operations Organisational activities including Performance Management, Incident Management, system cutovers, project development and technical deign input to R&D.
Identify, define and keep up to date required KPIs for analysis and to facilitate effective service monitoring and performance
Initiate and manage change requests as applied
Follow up of supplier total performance
Secure up-to-date working processes and improvements in information and payment processes as required.
Follow up on implementation of improvement actions and secure documentation on process flows.
Working with regional Service Owners to secure suppliers compliance, escalate and follow-up on problems using standard escalation procedures
Understand status of on- going projects and changes
Ensure scalability of the Service including capacity forecast and planning
• Tertiary Degree in Engineering or Science (Engineering) from an accredited university
• Minimum 2 years’ from Telecommunication industry
• Candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong expertise in cellular mobile technologies.
