Duties and responsibilities includes
  • Analyse, monitor and track the progress on Problems within the Technology environment.
  • Leading the continuous improvement of the problem management process including response effectiveness, process efficiency (including problem templates for root cause analysis) and customer satisfaction
  • Undertake detailed Problem Management analysis and reporting on problem Incident trends
  • Monitor and report on open problems
  • Assist with the handling of major incidents and identifying the root cause
Top skills required
  • Previous experience in Incident and Problem Management in an IT or Application Support environment
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing technical documentation, process workflows
  • Experience in report writing (e.g. briefing papers, business cases)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Automotive experince(not a must)
  • ITIL Certification (not a must)
